Careers
Do work you can be proud of
We're building a company where quality matters, standards matter, and people matter. Instead of rushing through jobs and hoping for the best, we rely on training, documented processes, and accountability to deliver consistent results. That starts with hiring good people and treating them like professionals.
Why Cleantegrity
What we offer our team
W-2 Employment
We hire employees, not independent contractors. That means payroll tax withholding, workers' compensation coverage, and the support of a company invested in your success.
Real training
We don't throw people into homes and hope for the best. You'll receive hands-on training in our documented standards and cleaning systems so you know exactly what's expected and how to succeed.
Work that fits your life
Whether you're looking for a few shifts a week or more regular hours as we grow, we'll do our best to match opportunities with your availability.
Treated like a professional
We hire people we trust and give them the tools, training, and support they need to succeed. You'll be expected to uphold high standards—and you'll be treated with the respect that comes with them.
Open position
Cleaning Technician
As a Cleaning Technician, you'll be the face of Cleantegrity and the reason clients trust us with their homes. You'll follow our documented standards, pay attention to the details others miss, and deliver the consistent, high-quality results that define our brand. Every clean is an opportunity to show that professionalism, accountability, and pride in workmanship still matter.
Your responsibilities
- Clean residential and commercial spaces following our documented, room-by-room checklists.
- Follow our systems, procedures, and quality expectations to deliver consistent, high-quality results on every visit.
- Document completed work using company technology and communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Treat every client's home, belongings, and privacy with care, respect, and professionalism.
What we're looking for
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to job sites throughout the North Atlanta area.
- A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to showing up on time and ready to work.
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to successfully complete a background check. Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training.
