By booking a service, you represent that you have the authority to authorize cleaning services for the property specified in the booking.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Customers may schedule services through our website, mobile application, telephone, or other approved methods.

When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Property address
  • Contact information
  • Property size and condition
  • Requested services
  • Access instructions

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional charges, delays, or cancellation of service.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are estimates unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Property size
  • Property condition
  • Additional services requested
  • Time required to complete the job

Payment is due at the time specified during booking.

We may securely store payment information through third-party payment processors for future charges related to recurring services, approved adjustments, cancellation fees, or additional services.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing notice before the scheduled service time.

The following cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 24 hours before service: No cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before service: A cancellation fee may apply.
  • Same-day cancellations or inability to access the property: Up to the full service amount may be charged.

Specific cancellation fees may be displayed during the booking process.

6. Property Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring our cleaning professionals can access the property at the scheduled time.

If our team cannot access the property due to missing keys, incorrect codes, locked doors, pets, or other access issues, a lockout fee or cancellation fee may be charged.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide a safe working environment.
  • Secure valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items.
  • Inform us of any hazards or special conditions.
  • Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available during service.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards or unsafe conditions.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

At our discretion, we may:

  • Re-clean the affected area, or
  • Provide a partial or full credit.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Damage and Liability

Our cleaning professionals exercise reasonable care while performing services.

Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion and may require supporting photographs or documentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage.
  • We are not liable for normal wear and tear.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by faulty installations, loose fixtures, improper mounting, or aging materials.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Recurring Services

Recurring service plans may continue until canceled by either party.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for recurring services upon reasonable notice.

Customers may cancel recurring services according to the cancellation policy described above.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Interfere with website operations.
  • Submit false or misleading information.

We may suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.
